Man City’s punishment is rumoured to be Gareth Southgate appointed as their head coach and Wayne Rooney as their chief of fitness
  • The 116th charge is making us believe that something is actually going to happen 😢
  • Nothing serious will happen to Man City. Money talks. People can be bought.
  • "The end" - City are fined a whopping £2M, they record one of those little apology videos (maybe Pep wears a yellow cardigan), and precisely nothing will change. The game's gone because City have bought it and took it home.

The EPL has to show the backbone here.

Here’s how I think it could play out. I don’t think they’ll get relegated, I think at BEST they’ll get a minimal points deduction & a HIGE fine, WHICH, they’ll pay off in full by the end of business the same day, OR IF by some miracle they do get relegated, they won’t get their TITLES STRIPPED. Either way, I think as always, they’ll get away with it!
  • Will they strip them of their PL titles Lance Armstrong style? That would be funny.
  • @Dylan_A526
Absolutely no way the PL dont go as hard as possible if they find them guilty. This has cost them 10s of millions and the better part of a decade. They arent going to want to do this again.

City get to appoint one person on to the three person panel that will adjudicate this case and have already objected to the chairperson because he is supposed to be an Arsenal supporter. I almost expect City to buy two of the three people on that panel to ensure they get a favourable outcome. That is the way of the people of the Middle East. Money solves all problems and they think they can do as they please.
  • Trust me when I say this, There is nothing going to happen to City just continuing winning trophies
  • Clubs like Everton got points deductions immediately, why are the 115 merchants still here? Knowing them, they are probably at 225 now
  • I have no faith that we will see any real accountability. Accountability is dead in the modern world.
  • If City is found guilty, I can see another push for the Super League. Especially if they get relegated. Then they won’t need to be complicit with the agreement the premier league clubs had to sign
  • How can we know what the outcome would be without having the evidence?
  • @mike_editor_
Keir starmer has done it! He’s got into office as an arsenal season ticket holder and got to the bottom of it!
  • Mark claims to be a former police officer yet he's so certain Man City will be found guilty without knowing what the evidence is. He's just bitter about City's success.
  • @jonoleech7832
No chance city get relegated even if they are guilty.

Concluded by end of next season but there will be appeals from the losing side, so it’ll go on.
