I like the idea of the kids taking care of their own bks and lunches. We do the set breakfasts but I have one kid who’s super picky about breakfasts and then another who’s super picky about their lunches. Maybe I should just start having them make their own! I just hate the go around of what should we have today and having to think about it! That’s what I love about the set breakfasts.

I got some great tips, thank you! Do you have a link to the muffin recipe? I didn’t know this until recently, 3 teaspoons equals 1 tablespoon. I don’t always follow how big to make my protein balls, I just use whatever cookie scoop I have. 😅
