🌙 Nighttime checklist 🌙 • Take any medication(s) you need • Set your alarm • Plug in technology (phone, earbuds, laptop...) • Diffuser on (if you use one) • Lock your doors/windows • Turn off lights • Take off that makeup, your skin will thank you • Make sure the heat/AC is set • ❗️Turn off autoplay, you're on asmr!!❗️ • Brush your teeth/hair • Take off jewelry that you don't sleep in (you'll regret breaking that necklace) • Do your skincare (if you do at night) • TV off • Write in your journal if you're doing one this year (good for you!) • Sleep mask (if you have one!) ⭐️ Reminders ⭐️ If you didn't get everything you meant to done today, don't stress! You're only human, it's okay! If no one's told you recently, you're doing a good job! The start of the year is always stressful for me, but we're still going! 🪐 Have a good sleep 🪐

Feel like I need to say something here! And it started out ironically, and then I found your channel specifically! I have discovered that I am not a fan of wet sounds, and my mother is a hairdresser and I was around the salon my whole life these videos help put me to sleep so quick it's not even funny! I have watched other ASMR videos and I try to see if they will put me to sleep and I always go back to your content specifically! I really hope that you see this! I want you to know how much you are loved and I loved hearing you say welcome back that is my favourite part of the whole video but I love how you play with hair!
