Your not just building a shop, your building lifelong memories with your dad.
  • Watching this reminds me of the time I used to spend with my dad. Lost at age 80, 8 yrs ago. Enjoy these times!!
  • What a blessing to have your dad working with you at his age. Every time you look at that building you will think of him.
  • That's awesome you and your dad could work together and get it done . Passing on knowledge and having fun .
  • It's great to see father and son working so well together . This building will be in the son's memory until the day he passes on !Just think, everytime he walks into it ,his father will be with him ! What a great tribute !
  • Watching you work with your dad reminds me so much of being with my dad! Unfortunately I lost my dad 3 and a half years ago. I love the way you two show love to each other. Blessings!
  • The Title caught my attention my Dad 80. On a Walker/Rollator health probs etc. But still goin. Tht was GENIUS 🤯 U & LOU ROCK. My Dad is the same way can fix or make anything solve any problem. Old men like tht is what built America. most Dads DONT SAY I LOVE YOU EXPEASLY OUT LOUD. growing up my friends always brung it up. me & Dad always said I love u no matter were we was at. I always think tht is cool✌
  • Good job working smarter not harder. I was fortunate enough to have a dad like that to show me how to do stuff like this. Unfortunately he passed away in 2018. I will never be a welder like him but I can stick two pieces if metal together and know my limits!
  • You are so lucky to have Lou’s help! He has probably forgotten more than I’ll ever know.
  • First time watching and my heart is overwhelmed at the relationship you have with your father and how much you enjoy working together! Most sons wouldn’t waste the time to even allow a knowledgeable man like your father contribute to a project! You both have blessed me and my husband, may God bless you both abundantly!! Oh and my husband said to tell you that thingy was a “clevis”.😊
  • I wish my dad was still here. You are lucky . Make the most of the time you have with him. Enjoy your video
  • Pure genius on how to lift the trusses! Mr Lou is a great overseer too!!

  • Thank you for the update on the pole barn ! You're one lucky man , Rick , to have your dad helping you with this project ! Take care , stay safe and healthy with whatever you maybe doing next ! I had lost dad a little 4 years ago to Pancreatic Cancer ! Doing well here in Kansas .
