Should I Try to Gain 20lbs in 4 Months? - "FarmBoy BULK"

I would call the series the "Farm Boy Bulk". Trying to gain 20lbs of natural weight in 4 months from mid November 2023 to mid March 2024. This would be an effort to bust through plateaus, and build some healthy muscle. Let me know how you would want me to cover this!

    Personally I think this is something you should do. I'd be most interested in your diet and your body's and your mind's reaction to this. How your body looks and feels and how the bulk affects your mental state.

    I think weekly would be great, especially if you compiled the videos together at the end. Weekly videos would also allow for people to see your progress and perhaps suggest some other foods or exercises to keep it fresh for you so you don't get stuck in a rut. Keep up the excellent work!

    I think releasing every week would be the most anyone could do with everything that you’re doing and still maintain quality, but I’d personally like a more flushed out and synergistic video monthly or biweekly, possibly covering all of the topics in one video. I’m a man of patience, but I’ve got to focus. Keep it up man.

    You can do it mate, bulkers ALWAYS succeed! You will be stronger and by being stronger, you put on MORE muscle, since muscle doesnt come out of thin air, but from surplos calories. But you gotta focus!!

    Do an update every 7 lbs or so. That way the mass gain decides when the video goes up. Road to 300 lbs bench would be awesome to do alongside. This also might be a good time to see if you can get any squat gains. I remember you saying in a previous video that it was one of your worst lifts. Now is the time!

    This is very synchronous with what I plan to do this winter. Get the best quality of meat I can from local farms, as well as dairy products and other organic products in order to do the cleanest bulk possible. I love this from you man and I’d personally like to see sporadic but frequent uploads while you’re on this journey as it is something that interests me a lot and would also be very helpful for me whilst I am doing it as well. From the videos I’ve seen you upload although they are edited, I think you’re passion and excitement over health and fitness give you more than enough ‘personality’ to make very frequent videos completely feasible. Love the content mate and I look forward to your future uploads 🙏

    I watch your content weekly. This journey will have better display when documented every 4 weeks, but if that eliminates your normal distribution schedule then go for the once a week plan. Either way, your films really help me get through the week. Thank you.

    This is so hype! I think weekly would be good for keeping the audience engaged the whole time. But I think that the "updates" don't have to be comprehensive each week. As examples, in one update you could look at the strength numbers for the last month, or another could document a few weeks of squat form improvement, or another could center on how you are changing visually. A few things could be included as regular weekly updates (weight, energy levels, etc.) but I feel like the "fitness challenge" format you are so good at could still apply to this experience without adding too much.

Id love to see more videos like this where its unedited and u just talk about your current goals, plans, or just whats up in general. gives a good insight to your fitness style and gives context to all these challeneges. as for your question, i think you should post monthly or so but if u wanna do unedited updates here and there id def watch
