Why Uncharted: The Lost Legacy is my favourite game

The Uncharted franchise has meant so much to me growing up, it’s given me so many hours of laughter, of excitement, of thrill and pure emotion, that putting into words how much this series means to be was… Quite a struggle. To say the least.
Which is why I found myself narrowing down this video, to talk to you guys, not about the series as a whole, but why The Lost Legacy is my favourite game from the franchise (an opinion I know may be quite rare within the UC fandom).
Uncharted: The Lost Legacy came out August 2017, and it has constantly been on my mind since its release. I have played it countless times, gotten the platinum trophy and 100% the game (which, for me, is a massive achievement) and have been eagerly awaiting any further news about a potential sequel, the second I first finished the game.
So, here’s my video explaining why Lost Legacy meant so much to me, and still does! The Chloe and Nadine dynamic truly is a relationship I’ve been waiting to play for years now, and this game has only scratched the itch of wanting more.

Yeah you were spot on about the sparseness of women characters interacting in games. I really loved the Lost Legacy and the dynamic between Chloe and Nadine. I just want to see them again 😭 (and Sam too I guess. He was a cool surprise in the game)

I actually recently played both Uncharted 4 & Lost Legacy & both are IMO straight up the best of the franchise. I flew through LL in two days & was struck by how much I loved the ensemble cast

Lost legacy has been my favourite game in the franchise for years too ,I played it for the first time when I was fourteen and when my sister asked me why j liked this one the most I said :"Chloe feels like she's the character that's gotten the most development "

As an Indian, I'm so glad Lost Legacy exists. There are hardly any games set in India (and/or exploring Indian myths), so we don't feel particularly seen or heard. LL doing both was insanely gratifying.

God, the memories of Uncharted 2's multiplayer blinsided me in ways I didn't expect.

I recently finished playing all the Uncharted games for this first time and Lost Legacy was the only one I immediately restarted the second the credits ended. Your video summed up all my thoughts on what makes this game so incredible and I loved how you highlighted how much work goes into every layer of this game! (Shoutout to the environmental artists, the true GOATs of ND). Also the bit about Nadine's arms killed me because same lol. Chloe and Nadine's friendship, their banter, and their character growth were so incredibly well thought out I hope that we see more of them. Thank you for this video!

Good video! For me, Uncharted 4 was the best of the series. And basically for the same reason you like Lost Legacy: the relationships and characters. I love how they build a "second storyline" based on Nate's lie to Elena, and how they explore what they are afraid of losing (each other) and how that relationship is saved. Also, Uncharted 4's ending... The soundtrack, the feeling of accomplishing something great, but still feeling the emptiness after everything is done, then Nate telling the awesome adventures to his daughter, and saying goodbye to a character and his unbelivable story with the last shot of a photo from the very first game that started it all.... I even got emotional just typing that. It's a great, great game!

I've been replaying alot of uncharted over quarrintine and its been real comfort to come back to after long shifts of work and university. Your video has done a great job giving credit to many of the artists/creatives that get lost in these big releases and the work that goes into them. I look forward to seeing what you produce next

I really like Nadine and Chloe’s relationship. I think that’s probably why this particular game stands out so much to me from the other ones. I think if Nathen is gonna be replaced. I’d absolutely love for these other characters, specifically Chloe and Nadine, take the lead from now on. Seriously they have a lot more adventures to go on and a lot more to tell. I also did an art piece of them. Anyways LesbiHONEST here. Their pretty great. Yes I’m here from your Berserk video. This one is really good too. 👍
