All my life I dreamed of the day I could just lay in bed, no alarm, just sleep until I felt like getting up. Finally, after decades of serving my Republic in the military, working the Oklahoma oil fields roughnecking, then serving my Republic again as a Law Enforcement Officer, I finally retired, now 71, and can sleep all day if I chose, but if I sleep until 0630 hrs, the entire day is wasted! It will always be that old Military commercial, "I get more done before breakfast than most people do all day", for me, lol! Just ingrained in my character.

Get rid of social media, most of this narcissistic BS will stop

AOC lost her very first job when she was a teenager still in high school because, she claimed they were being unreasonable. She claims that she didn't do anything. Of course, that could be the reason why she was fired in the first place.

About half of mental illness can be amplified by obsessive activities like phones. Addiction plays a part in many mental struggles. Also covid used fear as a tactic. Again amplifies mental illness. Combine 3 hours of endless scrolling on a phone with a mental issue

My dad got polio as an infant. My grandfather became a POW, and the govt wanted to take my dad away cuz they 'worried my grandmother couldnt handle the stress'. Thank God she fought them off cuz i might not be here. I never got to meet her, she died b4 i was born. Dad worked most of his life till post polio syndrome kicked in. He chose not to bed rot.

This is a real thing. Gen Z believe they can make a living out of social media rather being employed. Being employed comes with responsibilities such as getting out of bed and going to work.

These Gen Zers are your future. Good luck finding anything you need to survive. You're going to have to learn to fend for yourselves. They'll be home "rotting" in bed, while you need to figure out how to build those beds, get electricity, clean water, sewage, grow food, build and repair homes, make your own clothes. I'll be actually rotting in the ground, and I thank the higher power for that every day that I won't live long enough to see that future.
