  • Bob Iger is the person I think of whenever someone says "CEO". He led Disney to become one of the world's most powerful media conglomerates

WOW He IS an introvert, from his natural reactions. It also proves that an introvert can be a great leader in the USA with the ability to make his point clearly. Not necessarily party and loud and arrogent all the time.

My role model. This is the kind of leader I aspire to be.

Bob shows his true colors as not only as an outstanding leader but is really a decent and honorable person who genuinely cares for people. One of his earliest jobs after college, was working as a weatherman for my late husband, Anthony Ceracche at Ceracche Cable Television in Ithaca, New York. In 1978, Bob was awarded the Ceracche Achievement Award at Ithaca College given to outstanding individuals in broadcasting. My husband, Anthony Ceracche, and I visited Bob many years later when he was head of ABC Television. We brought him an old cancelled Christmas check in the amount of $15.00!!! He sure has come a long way since then, and if my husband were alive today, he would be among the first to congratulate Bob on not only on his many achievements but also on how wonderful a human being he is. He really is Mr. Nice Guy! Wendy Ceracche
  • What I appreciate most about Robert Iger is his honesty and self-awareness, characteristics of a great leader.

One thing that is never mentioned/asked that bothers me is "what time do you go to bed?" It's always the incomplete question of "what time do you get up in the morning?" GREAT, insightful and uplifting interview!

This is what a “Human Leader” feels like. 🙏🏼 And off course a thoughtful, truthful, and respectful interviewer. Two sides of the spectrum in perfect balance. You make the news and who delivers it. Learn people learn
  • Fabulous interview! Oprah did what so few interviewers do- SHE LET HER SUBJECT DO MOST OF THE TALKING!!!!
  • You can see how he has a positive and optimistic outlook in life. And whenever he speaks makes me smile and get inspired. You can be a chairman with all the power and still be a decent human being at same time.
  • "Why would I want to be President of the United States? I’m the King of Disneyland." Walt Disney when asked why he didn't run for office. Amazing that they didn't mention that, or talk about the man when speaking about perfectionism...

"YOU CAN'T TRADE DECENCY FIR DOLLARS" My favorite wording from you. It is the ONE STATEMENT THAT MATTERS BUT ONLY BY ACTION
