Here are some video suggestions for you: only plyometrics workouts exercises in cold environment vs hot environment intensily stretch after a workout (Ive heard it could boost muscle growth) contract and extend your muscles quickly. Its like plyometrics + flexing ( example: quickly extend and contract your arm, so your biceps and triceps) You stretch half of your body every single day, and the other half you don't.
