Affirmative action at universities and colleges across the country could be coming to an end in June if the imminent Supreme Court decision is ruled in favor of the Students for Fair Admissions group. Oral arguments were heard in October for these cases, taken up against both Harvard and the University of North Carolina, arguing that affirmative action’s race-based admissions process discriminates against Asian Americans and white applicants. Meanwhile, many recent polls show the majority of Americans think admissions should not consider race when accepting applicants to their schools. Fox News Contributor and Law Professor at George Washington University Jonathan Turley joins the Rundown to discuss the arguments in the case and the impact it could have on the future of race-based admissions in America. #FoxNews

Affirmative Action has served its purpose. The civil rights are over. Get rid of the law so that everyone has a fair shot at a job or education, instead of forcing x% always be reserved for blackpeople and everyone else be damned.

I agree, affirmative action puts people who are not qualified in jobs they don't deserve. Fire Supreme Court Justice Thomas now! That's how he got there, look it up.

OK. Somebody help me understand what's going on in the USA. Two questions. First, why do Universities go such a distance just to be discrimnative against Asians? Since when were Asians in the mainstream of the American society? Asian male, in particular? I don't care that they are not feeling any sympathy towards us, because I am used to that. But we can't deal with this level of discrmination. Second, why are Asian Americans still voting for the Democrats? Clearly it's the Republicans, not the other party, that have shared interest (however small that may be) with Asians. Isn't it time for Asians to realize already that the Democrats are not so affirmative towards them?

Creative on screwing students. of course GoP don’t want to help college students. Politicians had there free college already. Feel the Bern. Bernie Sanders knows americans deserve free college and or insurance. feel the Bern

Perhaps the title of this story wouldn’t be so grammatically incorrect if the people at fox went to college
  • Please bow your head and say this prayer now 🙏                 "Carry our prayers up to Gods throne, that                 the mercy of the Lord may quickly come                 and lay hold of the beast,                  the serpent of old, Satan                 and his demons, casting him                 in chains into the abyss, so that                 he can no longer seduce the nations.                Thank you for everything                  CREATOR OF THE UNIVERSE,                       LORD GOD. Amen."       If you can't look and remember the words, just read them while you have your head bowed and your hands in front of your face 🙏☺🙏

The leftwing democrats have always tried to keep America weak to keep power, control, and buy votes with our tax money. They did to Nixon what they tried to do to Trump. They have been elitists since their beginning.

I love Fox - they have the best lies. Granted, all politicians and all news channels are liars, but Fox is the best. Too bad they had to take it up the snout with Dominion. 🤭🤭🤭
