3 Moves to Decompress Your Whole Back in Seconds

Published 2022-10-20
Dr. Rowe shows 3 easy exercises to decompress the whole back in seconds.

Think of a deep pulling motion, known as traction, that quickly takes pressure off muscles, joints, and spinal discs (that may be causing back pain and sciatica).

These are great for helping with everything from minor aches to severe conditions such as herniated discs, bulging discs, and pinched nerves that cause sciatica leg pain.

All of the exercises work a little differently. Definitely make sure to go through them all and use what gives you the most relief.

As a bonus, the exercises can be done at home, require no special equipment, and may give back pain and sciatica relief within 30 seconds.

Let us know which one worked best for you!

Good MORNING! Headed to the dentist, but i CAN'T WAIT to find an appropriate chair for the first stretch. Thanks so much for empowering us. I've had a hyper mobility issue from childhood with constant subluxation throughout and realized young that there was good movement if there was bad movement. I can put ALMOST EVERYTHING back in myself ๐Ÿ™ i'll try any stretch i'm safely able to do and walk my small dogs multiple times per day at 61, about to have wrists, thumbs, and other shoulder replaced. Trying to look at this as a fortunate cure as the dr looks at it ...a deliverance from the pain and disability ๐Ÿ˜Œ Thank you truly for your channel and support, i bid you great peace and much grace in Christ Jesus.
  • Man, the one in the doorway is ingenious, really does stretch those unreachable back points - huge thumbs up!!

I cannot tell you how glad I am to have found your videos. I'm a retired RN and after years of lifting and pulling patients I finally injured my back in retirement also! Your videos and exercises have been tremendously helpful.
