I just now realized I haven't seen a hummer in years
  • So the terminator made the civilian humvee and then years later it got terminated.
  • I can't believe the 2000's are now a historical decade. It's nuts.

H1 was meant to be an off-road utility vehicle that you'd only drive for fun and its was cool AF. Then idiots tried to turn it into a daily drive luxury vehicle and that is why it failed 🤦‍♂️

    I still can't believe 2010 was 10 years ago...

Arnold: I want a Hummer General: No Arnold: Gimme General: Ok
  • It's 2022 and I'm a proud owner of an H2 2005 ❤️ Named her toothless, and has saved me in an accident where a semi truck hit me from the driver side If it weren't for my Toothless I might either be dead, or handicap for life ❤️

The most iconic Hummer for me would be the one seen in Zombieland lol

The rise came with the awesome HMMWV, or "Hummer". The fall came when GM stuck a boxy body on a standard 4x4 truck chassis (the H2) and inappropriately called it a "Hummer". Then they made it worse with the H3. Sometimes I really hate the people in marketing departments.

Driving both jeep and Hummer during military service during the 90's I can say, hands down, that there is no more durable, tough, and fun to drive like the American Jeep.

I remember Dubai back in 2006. All the rich sheiks rolled around in custom Hummers that were HUGE compared to the ones in the US. They were essentially mini tanks in terms of bulk.

Back when i was a kid, the Hummer was my dream car and i was obsessed with them. I remember my parents would always take me to the local Hummer dealership and i would sit in one in the showroom

Anything after the H1 is PT Cruiser levels of lame.

5:53 "Some owners said they had their hummers keyed, and some got dirty looks in parking lots" Odd... that happens to Tesla owners too. It's almost like it has nothing to do with the environment, but $
