This is the first of 3 short videos that take in a small "e-course" setting where you can ACTUALLY TAKE SMALL DOABLE STEPS, TO BUY YOUR 1ST HOUSE.

* a personal/simple at home analyses to kind of see if you can buy a house, see if you are ready.
*You hired the right realtor
*AND .... you prepared your documents to go see a banker or loan officer someone who will issue you a loan to buy a house!
(Mortgage officers are experts!!! as a 1st time home buyer they
WILL EXPLAIN ALL OF YOUR OPTIONS. Each state has different programs and each institution its also different that is why I try not to go too much in detail about the specifics of the loans
