NEJE Master 2 20W desktop Laser Engraver and Cutter

This is the machine I just ordered, it's gonna take a bit for me to learn the different software but I can't wait to get my hands on it and get started.

Hi, received by box yesterday. I have opened the box. Yesterday i couldn't access the internet to download my software. also have Benson Pace Rotary Jig along with my 3500mw Master 2. Hope to get somewhere today if I can get my internet to working. This looks like a lot of fun.

I just got mine and I'm yet to try it. I will be engraving a logo and text on walnut, maple, ash...hard woods. From your experience what would be a good power/speed setting? Hvala

Great video thanks. However find support for this Laser really poor so finding this was great but doesn't solve my problem. Our biggest issue is bringing in artwork saved in dxf format and the Neje software is unable to open the file or brings in only parts of the file. I prepare my drawings in Illustrator, save as dxf to bring into Neje software. We are having a nightmare. Thought this was going to be simple. Assuming it's human error but have no idea what is wrong. We have run our own CNC router for years and can't believe we're stumped with this. Any pointers please or a route to find real support from the Neje manufacturers. Again thanks for your video.

What setting affects the total job time the most? I have a test job that is 7 inches by 10 inches that is at 10ms burn time and 50% power and will probably take 10 hours. That is 1/3 the total size this can use so I must have something set too high, but not sure what.

Hi Very useful video. Managed to set mine up with your help. After a few burns I tried a simple one of the pre set pictures, it got half way thru burning and it seemed to get stuck . Laser was still on but x and y were not moving. Can you advise Thank you
