Parks Canada is the agency responsible for the management of our national parks, meaning that although the parks may be located within a province or territory, they are under federal jurisdiction and are protected under the National Parks Act.

In the meantime, all the hotel owners around Jasper will be looting the provincial and federal government by charging insane amount of fees.

Only 30%-50% has burned? That looked like a huge huge wildfire. They are having wildfires in the USA as well but they have helicopters up videoing the fires but in Canada that is not possible? Terrible what's happened. How will people and businesses be able to rebuild? Everything has gone up in price for materials etc.
