I had Believers first three albums for a long time. Their second one is my favorite but they're all good. That first one is definitely a barn burner! "Stress" was a strange way to end that album. Man, you gave us a lot of bands to check out with this video. Thanks Glad you survived Florida! Last week was brutal (I'm in TN) I can't imagine how muggy Florida was. Hey Nick, first off, it was nice to meet you in Tampa at Steelworker Records. Second, Mexico had AN AMAZING SCENE! You are in a favorite world of mine. Shub is CRUCIAL shit. Im sure you are familiar with the bigger classic stuff like Cenotaph. If you want some recommendations let me know. Shit rips.

Sanity Obscure is the bridge between those two Believer albums for sure. You can't listen to this band without properly checking that one out. It was in a way their break through album having been released on Roadrunner records which gained them a lot of recognition they otherwise wouldn't have had. It was advertised along with many other R/C releases of the day including the album on your t-shirt. I grew up listening to those first two albums along with many others. Cool stuff, I always sort of considered them the Christian answer to Voivod.

Love the new Upon Stone album too! Only issue I had was it was too short

I just got Edge of Sanity's Purgatory Afterglow on CD and I also just ordered Anaal Nathrakh's the Codex Necro which I should be getting next week. Amazing choices with Black Tusk, Extol, and Upon Stone.
