how to have quiet confidence and natural magnetism

Real confidence is not cold, detached, or uncaring. Quiet confidence is firm, but open and receptive. It embodies self-love, self-trust, and self compassion, which allows others to feel safe being their full selves in the presence of it. Once you're able to embody this energy from the inside out, then magnetism happens naturally. You can trust yourself to be selective, stand by your decisions, yet remain curious and open to differing ideas and opinions. #quietconfidence #howtobemoreconfident #selfdevelopment

I am a very defensive person before. But now, if someone really show no respect and always say to me negative judgement . I ignore them and leave. Don't waste my time and energy on them at all.

Tbh it is very true that if you’re compassionate to yourself self you become more compassionate to others, I wasn’t taught to be compassionate but after I changed I do feel more compassionate

David Beckham has always exuded that quiet confidence. I've always admired that trait in him.
  • I love that- "you kind of look like a horse". "Yeah, I know." Amazing!

I love the reminder that we write our own story. It’s up to us to build our foundation of our character within ourselves and naturally over time we will free ourselves from the past identity of who we think we are vs. who we actually are now. Thank you for the weekly practical magic ❤

Accept who you are, and realise you're not perfect which applies to everyone so that when people judge you don't care.

With social anxiety it’s generally you are so focused on being nervous when in reality you should on asking questions and absorbing information about the other person
  • This is such a beautiful message. I always tell my children that confidence is always kind. It’s a natural way that confidence moves through life.
  • This is just what I needed at this moment. I started a new job and I'm trying to retool my life. Your insights have been incredibly useful, providing me with productive areas to focus on. You speak in a realistic, down-to-earth way without resorting to overly optimistic platitudes. Thank you for your valuable advice.

Good point well said. When we start doing the shadow work & truly accepting who we are, and trust me that’s not an easy task, that’s when we learn empathy, understanding & kindness for ourselves & others.

The Gabor Mate book "In The Realm Of Hungry Ghosts" should be required reading for anyone considering the privilege of being a parent. It shows how our childhood environment impacts us as adults. It is far more than a book on addiction and a fascinating read.

I've watched a few different self help videos made by multiple ppl abt this similar topic and so far you're the only one that has not made me feel guilty abt my lack of confidence. Your confidence and the way you speak is so uplifting and your advice is so grounded and realistic. Rly loved this video

  • Just came across your video, it got me thinking about a couple of thinks. And just want to say that you radiate selflove and calmness. To me it looks like you are proud of the person you are now. That's beautiful to see!

you truly embody that quiet confidence and magnetism that you are saying because that is what made me click this video. i've come across several thumbnails nd i was quick to brush them off but when i saw this video, i was like .. woah. i know that each person has their own energy that radiates and shine on its own but i like your energy best :)
  • @kish2187
I've watched 2 videos from you and can tell I love your content. You are a therapist but you do the breakdown to detail and I appreciate that a lot. Will be following and listening 🎧

What an amazing video, Dia! Great timing as well. I've been going through some stuff in my life recently (breakups, getting rid of toxic people) and this video really gave me a different perspective of things. Really appreciate it! Love the Arrival poster by the way :) Cheers from Brazil!
