This is a fresh digitization of the "Parallax Graphics Inc - Video Windowing Talk 1988" orchestrated by Marty Picco and starting (me) Martin Levy. This was technology at its finest (for 1988)! The graphics card (The 1280 Series board) is running Sun Microsystem's NeWS windowing system. It also ran X11 and could do the same demo in X11.

Parallax Graphics, Inc., was an American developer and manufacturer of high-specification computer graphics cards for various platforms, and of supporting software. See en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parallax_Graphics for all the details about the products plus the bizarre reference to the movie Office Space and the HBO series Silicon Valley and their roots within Parallax Graphics.
