I know it’s coming from a nice thought but we need to stop blurring the lines of professionalism and romanticism among the opposite sex. Just because Breeny and Stephan are single and held a decent conversation doesn’t mean they’re meant to be. It can just mean they have good chemistry as fellow YouTubers and nothing else. We need to normalize men and women working together without making it into a ‘thing’. It’s weird. (This is based on comments made earlier)

I had some guys criticize my nails & outfits 🙄 the first thing they say is how much that cost? Like sir just say it’s nice and move on I don’t need to know how broke you are … how are they intimidated by something I PAID FOR 😅 they want to make us feel bad for something they can’t afford. it’s a pitiful way to get us to lower our standards of self care

Ladies, the book he’s talking about at 50:17 is called, “why men marry some women and not others”. I read it as a teenager and used it to get married. It’s brilliant, it naturally embodies the masculine (author) and the feminine (women interviewed). Update: Wow thank for all the likes. Still happily married after 9 years, two kids and everything life throws at you. Highly recommend the book to identify men not aligned to the life you want.

I let myself go in my relationship bc I was stressed in that relationship — literally it messed up my hormones 💀 Ladies, be careful. Don’t let that man stress you THAT bad.

When he started in on God he hit me right in the chest. If theres anything that God has been letting me see is that you have to get out of your own doing and ask God where youre supposed to be. Ive ended up in some trenches trying to do things in my own power

Stephan is saying nothing but a word. Being spiritually unyoked to someone is a big deal. That imbalance can mess someone’s life up. I appreciate that he is owning and embracing his singleness. Please instruct your brothers. They messed up.

I agree with the marriage analogy, you don't have to be married to give good advice. Similarly, you'll generally get much better advice on raising children from teachers and nannies, than actual parents.

"You can get involved with someone who is spiritually completely out of whack". 10 minutes in and he hit the nail right on the head with my current situation. I'm in love with someone who is spiritually out of whackl, but I fell in love with who he is. I consider him my best friend because that's how we are; we have a deep connection beyond physical attraction. We're both the first people either of us have ever been in love with so the bond is strong. But he's not right for me and I have to let him go. It's really painful but I need to heed to God's voice because he warned me in a dream of the consequence of continuing this with him.

I loved when he said “you can be an amazing woman but may not be the one for him…” In different words I had to drill this into my friends head because she self-deprecates when a couple of dates doesn’t materialize into a relationship.

Breeny’s videos played a major role in my self healing. Stephan relationship advice helped me dodge many bullets. This collab is EVERYTHING ☺️ and breeny is asking all the right questions 😉

I agree with Stephan,you can't just jump into a relationship just because you're single,you have to meet someone and connect naturally with that person in a way that you've never connected with anyone else and you'll realise it's the right time

Love the conversation. It's important to have discernment. I do think it's hard for black women specifically to walk in feminine energy, I do like dressing well etc. but I notice that we often have to come with different energy to be respected in the workplace, to not be approached inappropriately etc. So it's hard to distinguish where we can freely be feminine. Cause we're often fighting to be respected.

You should definitely talk with RC Blake’s Jr or Tony Gaskins. Both of them are great!

Goodness, everything Stephan said about his experience is TRUEEEE!!!! It's difficult for me because it is the same for me. I always have dudes who swear up and down they want me and want to marry me etc but they also do and say some really horrible things that derail you spiritually. You have to find someone who understands these real spiritual battles who would be able to stand in the gap for you and with you. I was almost in tears hearing him say this because I get teased about it as well, that something must be wrong with me lmao. I know I cannot yoke myself to someone who does not have spiritual insight and submission to Christ. I just ended my almost two year relationship for this reason, going through all these spiritual attacks and my not being present romantically and his inability to really understand and pray with me through it all. When a man is not truly submitted to God it is always the most dangerous risk you take for yourself and your future.

Don't cheat yourself! I watched the entire conversation and there was so much information given.

Breeny really knows how to make these interviews interesting. She knows all the right questions to ask 🙌🏼
