@ 12:30 I had to pause this video and comment. I am shook. This behaviour ran my life for years. I was in a situationship with someone who did not want to commit to me and I did it allllll. Gym every day, upgraded my wardrobe, upgraded my car, changed my entire lifestyle around his aesthetic, literally did not speak in front of his friends when we were out for fear of saying something wrong. Didn’t even move in the bed while he was snoring because I was afraid to wake him up. I starved myself to the point of malnutrition, hoping he would somehow love me one day. If the universe is telling you this guy is not your person, move on. One day when you least expect it you will find someone who will love you for you unconditionally and shout it from the rooftops. He will publicly claim you, love you and adore you no matter your shape, size, or financial status in life. Spreading love to all the ladies- you are perfect just the way you are. Love yourself and do not give a man access to your body,your heart or your soul without real commitment. Most of these men know that once they have access to your body they can control your mind. As women we may have the upper hand when it comes to the initial talking stage, But once you grant him access to your body, we physiologically give him the upper hand.

Some men don't want to commit because they seriously think they are the prize, and women don't know their worth.

I am grateful for the disrespectful guy I dated. He pushed me to the edge, forced me to mature and see value in myself and this allowed me to find a real man who takes care of me.

I used to be so surprised women settled for casual relationships when it was clear it only benefitted the man. I would always see even the most promiscuous women I knew, suffer deeply in those relationships. It wasn’t until I was intimate with a man the first time, did I understand. Men have a good way of making you feel special and loved while lying through their teeth. Women need to understand men can FAKE intimacy so well. Women can not.

I am 28 and have been single for 9 years now. This often left me wondering what's wrong with me. But tbh, when I really think about it - most people settle for a toxic relationship because they desperately want someone in their life. Trust me, I had plenty of those moments and met toxic people, too. But never have I EVER tolerated them for longer than two dates. I see a red flag, I notice it. I see the second red flag - I'm out. I know what I want and I'm not gonna settle. If there's no one out there for me, I'm fine with that. But I will never let a man make me feel less than.

If y’all are together and you think it’s exclusive but there is no title…there is only one reason there is no title…he wants to keep looking around period. It doesn’t matter if he makes you feel like you’re the only girl in the world. If he doesn’t want to make it official it’s because he still wants to look around. That’s it. You can sit there if you want to and let him look to ends of the earth until he finally chooses you but I promise you, you’ll be burnt out by then.

Ladies always set your boundaries. Once a man crosses them. Just get up and leave. Don't give him multiple chances.

Men study and analyze women and ask questions that may seem innocent but it is all part of the set up to break women down to know what course of actions need to taken in order to Manipulate them.

Damn, I'm 25 and I feel like it's been ages since I've met someone serious about me. And it's not that I'm easy... I feel like men nowadays just don't want to commit, period. We live in the saddest generation. Women either have to be constantly alone or be in situationships. It's a tough world and I've been lonely for years.
