A few buildings need engineering inspection the facades showed exposed rebar , giant concrete cracks be careful! You don’t look only the interior ! Imagine an earthquake! Be safe!

This is making me wanna go apartment hunting so bad… And I’m surprised about the prices bc I was expecting DTLA to be a lotttt more expensive than where I live but it’s only a little bit more
