    Woke up today feeling like I was drowning with pent up emotions. This video was the release I needed.
  • Whenever im feeling stressed or full with anxiety I just tell it all to my dog, cry and also hug her. I dont have a very big dog so she gives the worst hugs but it helps me feel better.

    Thank you for this, I've had an anxiety filled day, haven't really been able to eat and holding back tears all day at work. This is exactly what I needed, a healthy cry that wasn't just me giving in to my anxiety. Definitly going to save this video for the next time I need a cry!!!!

    When I saw the title, I was a bit skeptical, but I thought I'd give it a try anyway, and it worked! As a heterosexual man, there's old conditioning from childhood and beyond that often hinders me from crying. I usually hit the gym instead, or do something active, to avoid my emotions - to be fair those things are positive as long as I am not using them to avoid but rather to enhance my life. I have a super stressful job and sometimes I just need a good cry, so thank you for providing this space to do this! Much love
