The nuggets bench has been mid to trash since after the bubble season. The bar isn’t really that high, they just need to be decent at best. Russ and saric should be better than zeke and Reggie

Jokic is the ball dominant player on this team and everything goes through him. If Westbrook is open for a layup or drive to the basket, Jokic will get him the ball, but they aren't going to rely on Westbrook to shoot 3's. Jokic makes everyone around him better, and I think Westbrook will be no exception. If Westbrook becomes too ball dominant, Malone won't play him.

this analysis is way off. who is this guy talking about brodie?

Peak Russell's value was to the league, not any individual team. He made people want to watch. Russ probably has more fans than the entire Sacramento Kings franchise, for example. He's made countless highlights and broken many records. That said, prime Russ didn't have much value to a contender. He didn't play a role and he was far too inefficient and turnover prone to be the main guy. He was a floor raiser. He was best served being the best player on a mediocre team. I'm sure Malone will be able to get some use out of him now that he's agreeable to a smaller role, but having Russ on the team does not improve their chance to win the championship.

This show has aged like milk. Dan is so old even his basketball takes are dusty.

We beat Boston when we play them bad coaching cost us last year

I don't have a problem with the Westbrook signing, I think he will bring some much needed depth. The issue is that Westbrook is the biggest splash the Nuggets made this offseason, and that is not a good thing given the glaring holes in Denver's roster, ie bench depth, which Russell certainly helps, but the Nuggets need to replace KCP. They STILL need to replace Jeff Green and Bruce Brown. Calvin Booth will be fired by the end of the season. He's complete garbage. We won the championship with Tim Connolly's roster.

Denver ownership seems happy that they can hang their hat on the 1 championship....can write off the nugs as a top 4 contender
-
Lakers literally ruined Russ reputation, Nuggets going to revive his career and get him a big payday next summer

so, the truth is that nobody can predict what is going to happen. This can be very good or extremely bad for denver. Everything is to be seeing. So I will take my seat, popcorn, and wait.

We can't continue to put team success on the back of one person it's just a lazy narrative
-
We have never had a good bench idk what your yapping about
-
What are you talking or looking at with my nuggets simply want talking points 😂😂😂😂
-
Another Allen Iverson and Carmelo Anthony. Ball dominate stat padders who never won a ring.
-

-
Triple double Russell is happy to be on a team but not thrilled to be playing for colorado 👎

Russ is a winner stop it. Multiple scoring titles, and triple doubles and multiple all nba teams.
