If you are not visual you may use the sense of actually writing the name, or you may hear it, or see symbols and imagery that show you the name. It may also appear through intuitive means as your mind creates associations from the signs shown to you.

My Spirit Guide's name is Andre it came to me clearly and kept repeating so I'm sure that's the name. I heard his voice and then saw him . He is helping through this challenging time . When you said that my guides always love me, glad tears came to my eyes as I immediately felt a strong rush of love surge through ny body. I called upon a protective guide; a lot of my guides take the form of my fictional characters, and Ruvik appeared to me. He's a big, muscular, albino humanoid crocodile, yet a gentle giant and my devoted protector. He mirrored my movement during the session, and revealed his real name to be 'Izma of Sartosa'. I often come across a coastline-like location in my meditation that I intuitively named 'Faraway Sartosa'. I saw him cry. Proud tears, proud of me, even as my mood and days had been terrible lately. Thank you for this experience.

This was an amazing experience, I've wanted to know my guardian angel's name and it took awhile but as soon as I said Leyah my ears started ringing in a high pitch, I felt a feminine energy. I saw the color gold and the word nurture. Gave me chills. Thank you so much ❤️ 🙏

We live an impatient life but I wholeheartedly recommend you listen to the intro at least once but you can then skip ahead to 01:10 Step 1: Establish your place to sit or, if you have established a regular place and posture, start at 02:03. Time is valuable but ritual and intention accumulate the power of time. The wonderful world of hypnosis and hypnotherapy is that it will calm your mind no matter how busy when you start this session. Hypnosis is for everyone, I will never stop saying that. Every mind, every person, everyone. Some of you will make contact first time and some of you will need to repeat the session. No need to try harder, simply repeat. Like learning to ride a bike or even eat, I am sure you did not do everything perfectly first time. Patience and persistence and ritual will guide the way.
