Thankfully, grace of God, deconstruction works both ways. 🙏 5 or so years ago, environmentalism was my religion, LGBT, my community and 'progressive', my politics. Began questioning the gender woo, the whole ball unraveled and im a God-fearing, Bible-believing, fundamentalist Christian now. Phew. Jesus is good. Praises up. 🙌

So do you have the same critique of madhyamaka philosophy and it’s deconstructive project?
  • @4jgarner
That's something that always struck me. The indiscriminate deconstruction of norms just like "progress" of progressives. It's all indiscriminate. Progress towards what? There's no goal. No "perfect" just like all norms "must" be deconstructed.

I think that this deconstruction idea started very sadly many many years ago. I believe that's why we really need to instill in our kids and grand kids the absolute truth of God's Word. Because that is the only thing that will keep us and them probably from believing the lies being brought up in society today . Its like the "frog in the frying pan" tempid watwr slowly coming to a boil, we need to be on top of all this. I feel so sorry for this younger generation. . Thank you for this information Alisa!
  • Ya well anyone that believes salvation is earned an not a gift is confused. Who gives there child a gift an says you only receive this if you earn it? Do we qualify for the gift?

When are you going to comment on the Alistair Begg situation? I know you are a fan of his. 😔

1955 was a golden age. Quit apologizing for it! We were far better off as a society than we are now. And for your information, black families and communities were much much stronger and healthier back then.

Revelation states that everyone dies and are before his throne in heaven. It seems to me, people, Christians specifically, are the problem. "for man, it is impossible to enter the kingdom of heaven". The final battle at Armageddon is between believers (wolves in sheep's clothing) against God. The Churches are building their army of ravenous wolves to war against God. But as hard as they may try to convert unbelievers into Christian wolves, they will fail, because, thankfully, Jesus, the Son, was already victorious. Therefore, He can change the outcome of the warning and shorten those days, so that not all flesh is destroyed. The bad news in doing this, is that anyone who still rejects the Truth at that time, will be cast immediately into the eternal fire, spiritually.
