Hi many many thx for the info and the file. I cut the adjust Module with plywood 3 mm. and paint it black. I use a hot glue gun to fix the screw nut. Built all together incl. air assist and and it works fine. thx again cu Steve

Out of curiosity, have you had any overheating issues at all? A significant portion of the fan is now covered. I have a substantial air assist that would make up for it when it was in use...but it's not always in use lol. Thanks for the share btw, I initially had some troubles downloading, but googling how to download from github solved the problem for me entirely.

I downloaded it, cut some 3mm black acrylic at 100mm/m and 90%. It cut great. I may need to try it at you focal point. I had it at 17mm and the intersection of the pieces is just a bit tight. I didn't know if using a kerf offset might help or change the focus. I am trying to copy and adjust for the thickness but not getting the results I wanted.
