Every reactor that gets upset that no one made a wish completely missed the point.

Jack Horner is the most unapologetically evil villain in a kids movie in a long time. "You're not shoot a puppy are ya Jack?" "Yeah, in the face, why?"

No one gets a wish because they all tell each other their wishes, birthday wish rules, and Perrito says he already has his wish. What a beautiful story 👌.

Technically they all got their wish, except the one who didn't deserve it. Perrito got a family, Puss didn't get his lives but he no longer wanted that wish, Kitty got a person she could trust, and Goldie realized she already had her family.

While Death was great, seriously, his whistle still sends shivers up my spine, the character I loved most in this movie is Perrito. His backstory is so horrible and sad, yet he still has so much optimism, appreciates all the good things in life, and just wants to help people. He's a perfect foil to Puss and Kitty, and he helps them both overcome their problems. We could all learn a thing or two from that little guy.

The question about why the other cats don't talk reminded me of the first Shrek movie, because talking animals like Donkey were special fairytale creatures

When that little dog put his head down on Puss's belly when he was having the panic attack I instantly knew that this movie was way better than it had any right to be and I was glad for it.

The Wolf VA is Wagner Moura. A Brazilian actor who played Pablo Escobar in Narcos

This movie had no reason to go as hard as it did!! Sooooo good!!

No one got the wish because * everyone * got their wishes. A family for Goldie, a trustworthy companion for Kitty, a proper life for Puss, a name for Perrito, and for Jack.. well.. "All the magic for me, and no one else gets any," so he gets the broken wishing star all to himself.

Probably the best animated film from last year along side GTD's Pinocchio. From the Spider-verse esque style to the writing it's all just fantastic also that wolf is intimidating af. The fact this movie has probably (in my opinion) the most accurate representation of a panic attack was very surprising and gets an extra point from me

It’s really good to see representations of anxiety, fear and panic attacks. How hard it is to face difficult things.

I like the fact that no one makes a wish. If this were a typical animation something would've happened like Jack Horner would've wounded Softpaws with an explosive poison apple, Death would've showed up to take her away and Puss would've used his wish to bring her back to life. Instead the filmmakers chose to subvert that and go with our heroes realizing they already have everything they need. Meanwhile, the rich, narcissistic, spoiled villain has all this wealth and resources and he still wants more. Good movie, fun reaction you two!

Her stupidity was hurting me so much throughout this..

Went to see the movie with my nephew, who is the age I was when I started having big anxiety attacks and I was a sobbing mess at this splendid portrayal of what they feel like. I cannot imagine how precious it will be for kids struggling like I once did to see this hero experience one and get help, get better in such a grounded, human way. Phenomenal movie in so many ways but especially in this regard as far as I'm concerned

Please never bring that girl back lol, what a bummer. She's got that negative aura. You couldn't even tell a joke because she'd take it seriously 😂

I grew up with Antonio Banderas as Zorro so now that puss in boots is becoming more main stream he’s like the more child friendly Zorro played by the same actor lmao

I feel like I’m loosing brain cells watching her speak. Should of been Greg. Sorry John idk if u picked her but she doesn’t seem to appreciate animation like u two.
