There’s actually a reason why The Bad Guys is set in a world that’s mostly humans except for some few animal exceptions. All these animal stereotypes, wolves being cruel, foxes being sneaky, snakes being double crossers, all of them are not stereotypes of the animal kingdom. Unlike Zootopia, it isn’t a predator and prey situation, it’s a world of humans who stereotype certain animals as “good guys” and “bad guys”, and I like that dynamic!

"This looks like Pulp Fiction." That's because that entire opening until after they rob the bank is a complete recreation of that specific scene in Pulp Fiction style-wise, down to the camera angle. They really did their homework, lol.

Honestly, a Zootopia/Bad Guys crossover would be pretty good. Nick and Wolf would probably get along really well.

It’s based on graphic novels! My daughters love the books-and we ❤ the movie!! So cute.

This was this director's first film he lead. I'm glad it did well, shame it isn't talked about on YT very much. Because it was a solid film, it's a simple script, but all the changes had great dynamic with each other! Also, that beginning scene was about 4.5 minutes and completely uncut! One of the longest uncut scenes in media history!

Oh, how fun! I LITERALLY just watched this movie yesterday and enjoyed the hell out of it! I loved the near realistic dialogue between the characters and the twist was expected but still fun to watch.

This feature has some of the best animation. I specifically went to see this because DreamWorks announced that they would be making their tech open source which is huge. Also there's a bunch of influences taken from the anime Lupin III.

Mr Wolf’s growl at around 20:00 gives me chills everytime… amazing performance

Fun fact! The person who plays wolf is the same person who played Justin hammer and snake is Marc Maron who played Gene Ufland in joker. Diane is also domino.

You missed a last scene when they out of the jail 1 year later.

I recommend surfs up, it’s such a heartfelt story from beginning to end with incredible voice work. (Only watch if you haven’t already of course)

This was so much better than I had expected. My 8 yr old loves the books so he was very excited. And as the parent who has to watch these I laughed out loud several times. One of the better animated movies in my opinion
