The GM-6 Lynx 50 CAL is one of the most interesting Bullpup .50 BMG rifles that I have ever fired. Compact with manageable recoil it does seem to suffer from a few problems. Ultimately like many firearms the GM-6 Lynx is a tool to fit a specific job, and it performs well at that job. In today's video we'll be taking a look at the Lynx and seeing how it performs utilizing NORMA 50 CAL ammunition.

There is something hilariously disproportionate about the .50 BMG being fired at a target point blank and getting blown away.
-
This bad boy can take the hat off an Elite at 2000 yards.
-
Yeah .50BMG was always an "anti-things" not "anti-people" round. Problem is, people are made of things.
-
This man was doing Mozambique drills with a .50 with an EOTECH on it whilst wearing pit vipers and a lab coat. Much respect.
-
I'm surprised the US Army didn't choose this to replace the M4. It looks like it perfectly filled the NGSW requirements.
-
That intro made me moist. Truly a cinematic masterpiece.
-
Remember, the Space Marine bolter is a .75cal.
-
This is an example of a bullpup design done right. It took a weapons platform known for always being so heavy, and made the lightest(and coolest) .50 cal semiautomatic rifle I’ve ever seen.
-
Hey garand thumb, when you charge the rifle, grab the charging handle, rotate it upwards about 20°, and then pull the bolt back. This unlocks it from the barrel and means you don’t have to pull the whole barrel back. Smooches.
-
I literally cheered seeing a Lynx video. Never before has a better room clearing rifle been made. It's equipped with five .50 caliber flashbang rounds that occasionally turn someone into paste while concussing everyone else in the room.
-
I just love how it functions. So badass for the whole barrel and action and everything to just slam back, detach from itself, then slam forward in two stages, stripping another round out of the mag. Can we get more guns that function like this, please? Also, I'd love to see the mech suits from James Cameron's Avatar wield these akimbo like they were pistols.

One damn fine Hungarian bullpup .50 Cal BMG. I have seen Ian firing this weapon when correctly setup and bedded in. Amazingly handy anti matériel rifle.
-
this gun is a little ahead of its time. i could see this getting a lot of use as power armor becomes more pervasive
-
If your Lynx barrel stays extended for 4 hours, and you’ve needed to call a qualified gunsmith, go ahead and hit that subscribe button.
-
To be honest it is some prime Hungarian tech. It looks really dangerous but if you haven't died on the first shot it should be good for years of use.
-
This is definitely my dream 50 cal. Compact, decent weight distribution, weird but soft recoil. I'm kind of a thin guy but this gun is definitely my go to. Sounds extreme, but if the apocolypse happens and you have stocked up well. You'd be good for a long while lol

AK-50: Desperately trying to will itself into existence GM-6: Hold my brass

By the way he fires the Lynx, we can tell he has some experience handling cougars as well.

Kind of surprised that no one was talking about this being in COD Ghosts. I remember playing that when I was younger and being so bad at it.
