So sad to hear today that Harry Belafonte has passed away. He, and the above mentioned here, made significant contributions throughout their many years.

Harry is the last one standing, his friends and brothers are in the stars. I send you good vibes and love sir. Barbara Bush is such a delightful human. You could see her joy and pride in putting together this event to honour Harry, America and the world.

Very touching video. Before Calypso was referred to as 'West Indian' it was born out of the belly of Trinidad & Tobago. My country's music and culture were showcased in America by Belafonte and Geoffrey Holder especially. Both Poitier and Belafonte played leading roles in the US civil rights movement. Great, inspiring Caribbean men 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Happy Birthday Harry Belafonte! (3/1/22) To watch Sidney Poitier pay tribute to his dear friend is so moving and emotional. Looking back, I wish I had even greater appreciation for both Harry and Sidney!! They are legends, artistically, morally and every way that you measure a human being. ❤️
