    Thanks - I went from a 3lb weight to a 5lb and now at a 8lb weight and can confidently do all the exercises without being afraid of dropping it on my head

    This was the perfect night time workout, I was extremely bloated and needed to move my body and this was the perfect amount of intensity thank you for yet another amazing workout
  • Love this! More standing workout please. I’m lightheaded and too many lying down-getting up alternating gives me bad headache afterwards so this is perf!
  • Did this workout this AM and have to say I had my doubts about whether or not it was really targeting my abs. Fast forward 8 hours later & my abs are ridiculously sore. It works!

    Started out with 3 pound weights, only use Maddie’s videos to workout, and now I use 20-30 pound weights :)

    This ended up being exactly what I wanted. youtube.com/post/UgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQ… I get the flexibility of multiple dumbbells without taking up the space of a whole set. I have a very small spare room that these and a bench fit perfectly into. Like others mentioned the size of these are a little bigger/longer than traditional weights so they aren’t the perfect solution for everyone. However, if you're looking for a flexible and space saving design for a home workout I’d recommend these.

    It's almost midnight fresh out of the shower and doing my measurements. Just had to jump on here right away to say THANK YOU MADDIE! I started your exercises 1 week ago July 3rd. I have used your 2 weighted standing abs, 2 of your full body strength training and 1 of your 20 minutes leg. I rested on Wednesday and today Sunday. My results..... 1 1/2 inches off my waist. No weight loss but my tummy has stiffened. I am also a few days before my periods so a little bloated. However to lose an 1 1/2 inch in one week 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 Yay!!!!!!!

    I love your videos. Your music, your instructions and you are so clear and positive. I am in my mid-60’s and losing pandemic weight along with gaining back muscle tone. I have tried lots of other workouts and they are okay but I keep coming back to yours and now I never want to leave. So refreshing and inspiring! 💖

    Love this standing abs workout! You used a keyword - “functional” - in the outro that describes this workout really well. These movements feel like more intense versions of ones I use everyday (I have five month old nephew who is a CHONK and loves to be held haha). This workout was fun and challenging.     After my workout with you yesterday I was feeling so motivated to do another today even though I usually don’t. I just didn’t have one that was fitting what I was in the mood for and then I wake up this morning and see that you’ve posted exactly what I was wanting! 15 min, weighted, and none of the extra strain that I usually feel when doing regular ab workouts.   • I have to say I have never really felt like it’s a workout when I’ve done ab workouts before, but this one had me sweating by the end of the first round. This is the best ab workout I have ever done before. Thank you Maddie for what you do, you have really made me believe in myself and that working out is achievable. I am a healthier me because of you ❤.
