  • Hello girls like me trying to lose weight! im 15 and weigh like 95 kgs at 5'7. So im seriously trying to lose weight because im slowly drifting into the obesity spectrum.     I just did 10 minutes and 14 seconds of this video and I'm dripping in sweat. I'm a big woman and I'm proud of myself for trying it out. Now I'm more determined to finish this workout.

    Im a big girl. I started 3days ago, im on intermitten fasting. When i wake up i drink a cup of warm water with 1tbs lemon & honey, do this exercise, drink enough water & start the meals on 12. lunch, fruit for snacks, dinner before 6pm, sleep on 9, repeat. I lost almost 3kg already. From 101kg to 98,15kg. We can do it!!! Fighting! 💪🤩 Update: im 96kg now. I know, it's slow, right? It's Ramadhan anyway, a fasting month. so i do lighter exercise like simple stretching, walking every morning for 3-5k steps & cycling before ifthar for only abt 2-3km. Don't forget, enough water! Drink only water, guys! 😆 Thanx for the LIKES & support, God bless! ♥️

    I have no Idea if I should comment this. I'm someone with a really weak metabolism at the age of 16. I have been constantly Fat-shamed since my childhood. The last time I finished a long workout was when I was having a mental break down. Now, After 2 years, I could finally finish a workout without skipping through nor slacking behind. Her enthusiasm and cheering up nature made me push through it. Honestly, I dropped to the floor while ugly crying. I was so proud of myself. I will stay consistent and work hard with this workout. Once Again, Thank you Emi, I lost 15 pounds with your workouts last year. Might be a small achievement but it's a really a big deal for me. 💖 Edit: Thanks to everyone of you, that are encouraging with such sweet & motivational words. It really means alot to me. I would like to update that I stopped doing this workout. I'm doing dance workouts {including Emi} nowadays & achieving my goals. I wish you guys the best. Thank you so much again 😭💞

    User Hey ladies, if you're reading this, please hit the like button to bring me back here! Started my workout journey today 24th April 2024 I’m 56kgs now with 145cm tall which is not ideal! For some reason, I'm aiming to reach my goal of 43kgs by the end of Summer so it is 13kgs in 4-5m to go Every one of you said you sweat a lot but I didn't sweat a single drop until halfway through the video, where may gave me the sense to work harder, but I do feel my heart liked how she beat and this empowerment drove me to keep going. For the first time ever, I completed an entire exercise routine without giving up after just 10 minutes! I'm incredibly proud of myself for sticking with it, and I hope to maintain this wonderful feeling moving forward. I know many of you can relate to this amazing sense of achievement. I'm proud of each and every one of you for your dedication and perseverance. Let's continue to support and inspire each other as we strive to become the best versions of ourselves! 💪❤

    For past 2.5 months I only did this exercise for 6-7 times a week and the result today I've lost 9kg, my posture became better than before, and I'm still doing this....thank u emi

  • Did this for a month (rest during period). I'm really satisfied with the results. I loss 7lbs without diet, my waist became smaller and my arms looked tone. Next month, I'm gonna try other more intense workouts and stick to this as well. Thanks Emi❣️

  • I am 16 years old girl and i am 56 kg my Target weight is 49 kg wish me luck and consistency is the key ..... Please keep me focused i will tell the results after 1 month i started doing this workout on 1 april and did it until 2 april after that i skipped i dont know why but now today is 6 april i will stay consistent and will share my results with you all❤❤❤
  • 6 months ago, I attempted to do this work out. I gave up after 10 minutes cause I couldnt catch my breath. Today I completed the full workout feeling better than ever ready for another one ! ❤
