February 5, 2017 - Down 28-3 in Super Bowl 51, the Patriots pulled off the greatest comeback in football history by outscoring the Atlanta Falcons 31-0 from the 3rd quarter through OT. Tom Brady, who won MVP honors for a record fourth time, broke single-game Super Bowl records going 43 for 62 with 466 passing yards along with 2 TD passes. This is how a highlight video should be done. No shit music. No stupid graphics. No retarded intro. Just to the good stuff from the start. Well done, sir.

Patriots have the greatest QB of all time with the ball on the 2 yard line and guess wtf they do? They run it. Just like the seahawks should have.

Damn. And I thought the Avengers blowing a 5-1 stone lead was bad.
  • @trevmac8362
Brady actually threw for a NFL playoff record 212 yards in the 4th quarter (that's beyond insane)
  • This is the game that took Tom Brady from being one of the greats to the undisputed GOAT

that edelman catch might be the best clutch catch ive seen in the superbowl, not the luckiest, but the best.

That Hightower strip sack is the most underrated play in nfl history . Without that play the Patriots don’t win this game

I had a full house that day. I had so much shade thrown at me. I was the only Patriot fan. I remember telling everybody that I had seen plenty of comebacks under pressure and that the game wasn’t over. This is no doubt the best Superbowl in my list. We miss ya Tom Brady. We miss real football.
  • That catch by Julio at 4:23 is incredible and overshadowed by the comeback. Which I understand why, but holy crap that was an incredible catch.
  • @Hagmire
Notice how the Patriots never really celebrate in game or trash talk, strictly business till they win it all and people wonder why their so good this was amazing and I'm glad I was alive to see the greatest super bowl game of all time.

We are never going to see a guy like Tom Brady again. It has been such an honor to see him play.

As a Falcons fan, this game still hurts my heart. Even after all the years. I don’t think I’ll ever get over this. But Tom Brady was incredible and is the GOAT

I had a super bowl party at my house that year. I remember literally everyone left in the 3rd quarter. Granted they all had young kids and needed to get them home, it was understandable, "The game was more or less over." As they slapped me on the back and headed out the door, I was left there on my couch alone, lifelong Pats fan, sitting in disbelief watching this blowout... My neighbor (A Dolphins Fan) came back in 4th quarter after he got kids to bed, grinning ear to ear as he watched the Patriots he hated so much get destroyed!! Beer wasn't doing it anymore, It was time for Whiskey. As the game unfolded, I couldn't sit, I was pacing back and fourth, They scored, FUMBLE!!! then scored again, "The Edelman CATCH"..."they might actually do it, OMG they might F***ing do this." 12-28, 20-28, 26-28, 2 point conversion... HOLY SHIT 28-28... coin toss..... NE gets ball.... We both look at each other, he says "god I hate them, but I would be lying if I didn't admit Brady is the most clutch player to ever play this game, its over, they are going to win." Finally I sat down and watched the final drive of the game in peace. God what an Epic night! Thanks for coming back Mike and sharing that moment with me! #Legendary

You give Brady time in the pocket he can solve world hunger and cure cancer.
  • Proud to say I was there. With my son (8 at the time) & my best friend (who passed the following year). Glad to always have this moment! GoPats!
