  • Hey hun, great job and congrats on the weight drop. It sounds like you are intermittent fasting if you are skipping breakfast. Which studies have shown is super good for you. Also if you are doing GWJ then that’s all cardio. Cardio is not just jumping and running. I’ve been consistent for 3 weeks so I’m going hang in there and keep showing up
