  • Dude I have been watching videos on here for probably 4 hours now, this is day 2 aswell. Yours is so old that I'm just now getting to it in the list and you just answered every single question I had in 6 minutes
  • This is a GREAT video. I've watched a bunch of bbq videos and this one is like watching 10 at once.
  • This is my go-to video every 4th of July. We have the same kind of grill, and I never would've known exactly how to do it without this very informative video. I really appreciate the time you took to show others your method. Lets hope my ribs turn out perfect again like last year! Thanks!
  • I'm a novice when it comes to smoking pork, your video helped me a lot especially since I got the same grill. Thnx, looking forward to smoking.
  • I don't have the all natural wood chunks like you have just have regular charcoal. I want to use my smoker this way could it still be done?? How could I keep the fire hot for the long amount of time as well?? Also I never seen ribs stacked on each other like that would that work for me just using charcoal??

How the heck have I never thought to put a water/juice mix inside the grill to help moisture 🤯
  • I have a question. How do you keep the temperature up for a longer smoking time? You mentioned you have smoke things for 10 hours how do you keep the heat hot for that long a period of time in a charcoal grill. Thank you so much for your video.
  • Totally subscribing. I’ve never smoked ribs before and plan to try your method. Would you like me to make a video so you can see how they came out as well?

I like to use true fruit wood also. Easy to get here in Wa. State. It burns hot with good flavor. I stay away from wood that came from "sprayed" orchards. Something to keep in mind. Knowmsayen?

To control coal's fire drop some ash on top, also reducing heat! Your beef seems like perfect!!!!!
