Assault Rifle vs Battle Rifle

2022-10-08に共有
Battle Rifle vs Assault Rifle, a question being asked since the inception of the latter. Clearly the Assault rifle and its civilian equivalents have dominated both military arms and civilian marketplaces for years now. I wanted to run a fun test to show each of their respective capabilities and thankfully I had a friend to help.  @Blue Jean Operator  ran the Jim Fuller AK74 while I of course ran the Rhodie themed FAL. Not the most Scientific so it fits the brand.

  • I love that at 28 seconds you can see the sight cover falling down and the next shot it’s rubberbanded down.😂
  • Wait so you’re telling me that if they ban assault rifles, I’ll be left with a sexier and more powerful rifle as my only option?
  • When I was sixteen, almost seventeen and a young recruit, my first taste of any sort of firearm was the L1A1 SLR, the L2A1 HB select fire version, the Bren and the M60 GPMG. A good later childhood. Nourished by 7.62mm FMJ and tracer.
  • @SideStrafed
The fore grip coming off his rifle was such a relatable experience lmao
  • You see, in this world there's two kinds of people, my friend. Those with loaded guns and those who dig.
  • Battle rifles are like 1911s. Its not about optimization. Its about establishing dominance while looking cool.
  • Next test of assault rifle vs. battle rifle house clearing Blue jean oprator: clears the house room by room Admin: shoots thru all the doors, walls and windows and yells clear without having to step in inside the house
  • I like when people do this test against cinder block walls but I have yet to see anyone build one that is built the way they're made in buildings. The test wall never has any corefill grout or rebar. It'd be interesting to see what would happen to a real reinforced wall.
  • I love how Admin is slowing following in CarnikCons footsteps of just being a chaotic force for the guntuber world.
  • I just have this love for battle rifles that can’t be explained but what I can explain is that admins videos are wonderful
  • I loved how it switched from Easy to Hard mode when BlueJean Operator’s front grip fell off. Great video guys.
  • What he's not telling us is while sprinting he rubber banded his rear site cover open before getting into position at the barrier. Clearly super ninja operator status
  • I’m a Arizona native and knowing how open the desert is I went with the battle rifle as well. Great to see our desert in the videos.
  • Unpopular opinion: the Rhodie Bush Wars sparked with a civil discussion on battle rifles vs. assault rifles
  • My dad used to have an FN FAL with s heavier barrel (as the Argentinian FAP support rifle) It was a blast to shoot, especially on full auto.
  • The operators skill set is the prominent indicator of the rifle type, highly skilled and practiced, with open engagement ranges, the battle rifle offers tremendous advantage. Limited skill set, close engagement range, the assault rifle is the obvious choice. The battle rifle requires better, more thorough training, often a liability in typical armed forces.
  • First thing is to have a rifle. In a SHTF scenario I would go with the battle rifle. You don’t want to engage. Only if you have to. No resupply. You don’t want to run around being John Wick. I would want the range and the power of a heavier round. By the way, love the FAL. I trained and carried it back in the day. CAF.
  • personally i like the burst function of the BR and the sight picture it gives, but you can't beat the classic assault rifle action for repelling the covenant
