  • The best thing about comedians is their ability to have a conversation with everyone yet no one at the same time

Having been to Tijuana several times, he isn’t exaggerating at all. There is literally a revolving style door to get into Mexico. Just walk right in lol
  • the end is what got me. as a mexican, i can confirm that some of us can be pretty racist to other races, but when you mistake us for other latin american countries, then we get all pissed off. kinda ironic but it’s true
  • This reminded me of one of my favorite teachers in high school, Mr. Wong. He was brought to the US as a child and was getting ready to take his citizenship exam the last time I saw him and I'm sure he passed with flying colors. What did he teach? American History.

If I Get to meet him I’ll definitely say “Hey there’s an American” “Holy shit he looks like rocky balboa”
  • "He managed to insult me with the only 3 english words he knew" As a Mexican I can say... Yep that sounds 100% Mexican. 😂

Man, JImmy's comedy is effortless and smooth, I like his style

You see, THIS is how you do comedy. No screaming, just really good jokes.
  • As an American who lived in Asia for 10 years, I can say with absolute certainty that Jimmy O. Yang is a national treasure and we are lucky as hell to have him. I relate so much to his experiences and stories and hope he never stops putting out content. His book is awesome!! Go buy it!!
  • This is what living with my grandparents was like. Grandma was Japanese, Grandpa was American. Both were World War II veterans from their respective country. Grandma was a nurse for the Imperial Army. Grandpa was in the US Army in the Pacific. They fought constantly, but loved each other.
  • "Well was he American?" "I mean his name is Ian, soo...." Says the guy named JIMMY
  • This randomly showed up in my feed and I don't know why - I never watch stand up comedy. But you know what? I can't complain - this guy is really, really funny!
  • As a Salvadoran, I approve how well executed this joke was. 😆
  • @Santos043
'You don't have to clap. my point is, nothing has changed...still Asian' 😂😂
  • I didn't know that Jimmy was a comedian lol Watched his Xmas movie recently and totally fell for him. Definitely new fan from Mexico ❤❤❤
  • True comedy is making fun of others and yourself and not getting pissed about any of it. This was some good stuff.

To be fair Jimmy just described the American experience
