The woman running the shelter is incredibly brave and strong. Hope she's safe.

That 24 year old doctor is someone who needs to be recognized. What a human being.
  • @ilincabajenaru
That older Afghan woman who was running the shelter was absolutely amazing, you could really sense how much she cared, her insights, her courage and compassion - just amazing.
  • Respect to Isobel Yeung. She really went into the viper's pit and stirred a nest of vipers by reporting in Taliban ruled Afghanistan. That small interview with that judge in Wardak was really tense. You can't argue with them either or they could have done anything. I'm glad Isobel acted wisely. Really brave reporting.

When the judge said “there is no abuse against women, only accusations” my heart sunk, many prayers for all the people suffering
  • @patrickjchurch
Isobel is reporter of the decade, no question. The dangers she has put herself through for the most candid and important stories are unmatched.

As a father of a 16 month old, I truly cannot fathom the pain these women go through. I cried at the malnourished hospital.

Hats off to the reporter. The bravery to go there as a woman is amazing
  • @seandomarto6802
The woman delivering the baby while taking phone calls for more people that need help is crazy. Gave me chills, SHE is the definition of astounding.

to hear your own father say you don’t deserve human rights is insane. amazing documentary. isobel is rly an amazing reporter

Hats - off to the lady who did the entire reporting. Requires indefatigable courage for the work she did.
  • @user-yo1qe8pg1v
It's absurd to hear your own parent tell you that you don't deserve human rights. great documentary. Isobel is a truly excellent reporter.

“You’re not only going to kill me, but 29 other children” Right into the camera man’s eyes. I don’t know if they will die or not, but her conviction in that sentence was chilling. Showing their faces seems dangerous

"To be honest, I feel sad whenever a girl is born in Afghanistan." This is so sad to hear, it almost made me cry.
  • @Ruz-zf9fb
A girl just exists, she doesn't have a proper life in afganistan... this line hit hard, i feel immense pain for afgan girls...this is heartbreaking💔
  • Life under the Taliban is a disaster. What you see is just an extremely small example. What happens is unbelievable and unimaginable. They stopped three of my sisters from going to school. They would have graduated university last year but all their hopes and dreams went in vain. I am literally tired of life.
  • @suraviroy4003
The way he said there are no broken bones ,no witnesses just accusations. The way he insisted that the women are protected. I’m speechless.
  • 'I feel sad whenever a girl is born in Afghanistan'.

    This line signifies everything.
  • @prince_13jatt
My eyes are literally filled up with tears after watching the situation of Afghanistan 🥺
