"Let's at least make it to Blighttown." First episode of a blind playthrough. Absolutely classic.
-
“now that i’ve wiped them out i need to refresh my flasks” me: oh boy
-
You're extremely observant which is fantastic. Many people aren't and they miss a lot of content and things that could help them.
-
"Illusory wall ahead" plink! lol welcome to the dark souls community
-
“Why you attacking me so aggressively?! You are just a random undead!” Well, that sums up this game nicely.
-
Only tip for this episode: Lock on enemies
-
People who haven't been to Blighttown: "I wanna get to Blighttown!"
-
Master key on a new player is like giving a grenade to a baby. It might be useful in experienced hands but the baby will probably just blow himself up.

You're doing great for your first time. A few pointers: -You really want to be using the lock on -Be sure to talk to npcs multiple times before leaving, they will often have different dialogue -Keep in mind player messages can and will often be just trolls, such as the one trying to get you to jump in the well. -There is never a straight path to where you want to go, never forget this.
-
Anyone else love rewatching these playthroughs?
-
You're doing the suicide graveyard run for items like the pros do haha
-
I’ve never heard of someone trying to go to a Blight first. Not only trying, but absolutely throwing themself at the challenge.
-
So cool to see a blind playthrough! It's nice to remember how it was to play for the first time.
-
Few non spoiler tips: 1) You can lock on to enemies which heps your fireballs. 2) Game autosaves really often so don't really worry about it, so continue online.

It’s always nice to see people discover these games, and I don’t just mean play them, but discover them. The fact you know nothing of it, didn’t start with Dark Souls 3 or Bloodborne, and haven’t been spoiled by memes and stuff, makes this really fantastic and magical. To think it has been 10 years already since this originally was released. Personally I did start with Demon’s Souls back in the day but the size and map design of this game blew me away and despite the similarities in style, the setting and atmosphere is its own gem.

This is by far the best Blind Playtrough of DS1
-
"Illusionary wall ahead" lol. We've all been there.
-
"All that I know is 'praise the sun'." Jesus man you really DID go in blind... props to you

Just wanted to say I started watching this series last year after sinking into deeply bad mental health, having panic attacks often etc, and this helped a shit ton for some reason, and kept me going. Whenever I felt like I couldn't breathe or whatever I turned this on. So yeah, thanks! Maybe not a comment you expected but thought you should know!

"Logically it makes no sense for me to fight him, when two swings from him took so much health away from me." Oh sweet summer child.
