In terms of real time consuming smokers are bad choice. But in term of min-maxing in game time smokers are pretty good. I think especially for maximizing income in first year. Good for more casual gamers, bad for speedrunners:3 I understand why so much youtubers are exciting about it. And so much people love fishing. Smokers is huge buff for that mechanic.

imo asking a speedrunner "how many times have you reset today" is like asking a farmer "how many pumpkins did you farm before you got that prize winning pumpkin" or a runner "how many marathons have you not finished first" - it just doesn't really work like that for someone in the hobby

You know I’m someone who probably wouldn’t read an FAQ. I don’t come to streams expecting to read lol, I would just chat and ask the streamer/ chat. What would make me leave a stream is the way everyone is like “OmG ThErE Is An FaQ.” Aren’t there commands on twitch that can auto run if certain key words or phrases are put in chat?
