Be careful before you press that send button. Once you do so, you can't take your words back. I know what it's like to suffer without electricity. It messes with your head mentally. My prayers are with Houston. Stay strong.🙏🫶

Some of yall didn't go through Hurricane Alicia and it shows.
  • Does anybody know how bad the power infrastructure is, even before the hurricane.
  • Why not show her face? She's 21 and yall names her full government name. Why tell us they are seeking someone and not show their face. What are we supposed to do?

after Ike happened we didn't have power for about a week but that was almost 16 years ago and it shows a lot of people haven't seen what a hurricane can do and this is their first experience.

People don't understand that getting power back on requires a great amount of coordination in order to have all the power workers from all states who come in to help, they can't just flip a switch without knowing a line (lines) is up and in good shape, or they could cause further damage and deaths. People are so impatient today. To think this country used to have no electricity and no running water and people managed to live just fine for decades to now where a few hours, or days sends people into insanity mode. Buy a generator of some kind to at least run fans if you are that desperate, we bought a few battery ones and a gas generator over the years to help us as power outages are very common in the south due to storms and wrecks taking out power.

Has anyone been listening to the media, recently? According to them, storms and heat are only going to intensify. We have to become a custom to the changes. Our bodies can acclimate. if you can’t stand the heat, get out of the kitchen. There are people around the world living in much much hotter conditions. we need to learn from them how to adjust. we need to prepare for what is to come, and more importantly, we need to develop a relationship with Jesus Christ. we need to confess Jesus Christ to be our Lord and Savior, and turn away from sin. Jesus is our only true hope.
  • Well, I know it used to be that an A.D.A. wouldn’t take those as threats unless they were more specific.
  • Damn, u can vent about everything but don’t be threatening with murder 😮😮😮

The police chief told us that he would post photos of everyone committing crime during beryl recovery. Not only was that a lie but you go as far as blacking out the photo.
