Hi all, my name is Catherine. intended to stay in the background and hired Donna & Richard to showcase my house which is known as the Phoenix Build. This project is in collaboration with Richard and Kanopinay Construction which is owned by Donna. In all legal documents, this house was under contract with Donna. Richard is Donna's employee; nothing in the legal documents for this project includes any mention of Richard's name. However, I am also aware that the construction equipment and manpower were under both their names. When we started, the goal was to collaborate with Richard to introduce Western techniques in the Philippines and to transfer knowledge to the local workers. Sad to say the partnership must end and we must pick up the pieces where he left off. The workers are now under our management. This project is 100% financed by me. We are grateful for the skills that Richard has contributed to building this house. The workers have learned a lot from him. All the workers had extensive experience beforehand, but it was enhanced by him introducing new techniques Arehitect Eng. Joselito Arehitect Eng. Joselito Gonzaga Constltant-engineer for-poel Eng. Rolando & Rjay Menor. -Phoenix sits on 300 sqm lot, -Bali inspired -Living space is 96sqm Poot 6.36m x3.60m-x 1.5m will be equipped with a Fiberglass sand filter, 1hp water pump, salt w ater chlorinator, with Pristine pool coating -3 Bedroom, 2 bath -All sanitary ware is selected by Eng. I really like the Phoenix house and the two story home you guys were building. I would love to get the floor plans for both designs if possible. I am so proud of you on how strong you became to overcome your personal issues you experience. I am glad to see your back on your feet on showing building ideas. Do you plan to show some new ideas in building with SRC Panels which is shown already in you tube but I would like to see how your building and using the product.
