  • Some landlords think money spent on maintenance is wasted money. It's not. Well maintained properties will attract long term good tenants.

Wow, a blurry video, with no proof of anything. Great job. Might want to try doing something else.
  • One afternoon and all those violations can be easily fixed 1 guy...wth

That sucks but why would you rent it in the first place? Didn't they check it out first?

Its a very hurtful feeling to know that your landlord doesn't care about you. The almighty dollar is more important. There are two types of human beings on the planet ... those who put money above people, and those who care about people.
  • What type of camera was used... it was amazing the way it moved around

Definitely seen much worse. Slum lords are everywhere. Know one right now.
  • Love this video. What kind of camera was used if you wouldn't mind telling?

So if the place is so bad why not just move? Why stay and try to find as many things wrong as possible?

Landlord should've made repairs and bill for eligible tenant damages. Not all is on the landlord and not all is on the tenant.

Am I the only individual who's tired of being interrupted by these damn commercials while watching videos?

This is why you always take before and after pictures, make them sign an agreement to keep the place in good shape. Go through and video every square inch of the house and have an inspection done before the tenants move in. Make it to where any and all complaints must be submitted in writing. That way when they let it go into disrepair and try to get out of the lease you have evidence that drops it on the tenant. I got lucky i was taught by a guy whos been doing rentals for decades and he has saved me a lot of money when dealing with dead beats tenants.
