I think I found a new rule of the internet, If it's an anime that features girls in combat machines then there must be a sabaton amv.
-
War Thunder players vs Ace Combat Players
-
When matchmaking puts T-2’s versus other T-2’s in War Thunder.
-
The Japanese version of top gun

All jokes about this anime (or, this episode anyway) aside, the fact that this is made from one episode is really, really impressive, and you did a fantastic job! It's super well put together and fun to watch.

"Do I really have to be pulling 7 Gs in a miniskirt and top that can't hold my boobs in?" "Yes." "Why?" "We need the weebs money." "Fine...." "Oh, and one more thing." "What?" "No seat belt or helmet, we don't want to be covering up anything important, right?"

It was pretty difficult to make a video from one eisode, but I made it. I've been looking for a version without subtitles in the opening, and well... I didn´t . So I hope it will not be such a big problem 😀 It can be seen in a couple of shots. I hope you enjoy the video

Still wish this was more than just an OVA...this would make a kick-ass series. Also, woo for finding this literally hours after it shows up.

I remember watching this during the first couple years of Covid. I learned to love the song, and it's now one of my favorites and reminds me of a time that I actually kinda liked

so old jets piloted by teenage girls with no g suits or oxygen masks doing high G maneuvers hmmmm ok
-
girls und panzer high school fleet and now this
-
1:55 The only plane that deserves Sabaton as background, the swedish air Force, fuck yeah (actually no, this is an awesome video, music fits perfectly)
-
Oh yes anime logic: cold war era jets making fools out of the best planes in the sky, and NONE of the girls are wearing pressure masks.
-
One of them was flying a swedish fighter jet. how fitting
-
this is literally the most ace combat thing I've seen all day.

To all the people complaining about the 1. physics (and lack thereof), 2. the girls not being properly outfitted, and 3. the match-ups and the results, keep in mind the following: This anime (Shirobako) is about a group of young girls that are trying to get into the animation industry. The clips from this music video are from the anime they created. As they were trying to get into the industry, they were likely more focused on showcasing their talents (y'know, making something that looks and sounds cool) as opposed to technical accuracy. It's not some military drama where everything has to be technically accurate. They're fighting in antiques because the enemy screws up the electronic systems of their modern fighters. As for how they're actually able to win, it's your typical anime BS: "these characters are just so awesome that they're able to use a bunch of obsolete jets to shoot down modern, top tier jets that are being controlled by some alien AIs". Really, the "plot" and absurdity of it all makes me sick, but it's still entertaining to watch as a music video like this. If you're interested in watching it (it's even more ridiculous than it looks, though it does give some context), it's Shirobako Special Episode 2.

Holy crap! An JA-37 Viggen sporting the Swedish Air Force roundel! Gotta watch this now! Edit: Aaaand it's only a one episode special...
-
Just gotta remind you how glorious this AMV is
-
So they weren't strapped in and somehow weren't breaking bones getting thrown around? And as far as I recall the F-1 has like 3 seconds of continous fire for the vulcan.
-
they clearly never heard of Anti G suits in this anime.
