I'm British, so I thought I'd help with the pronunciation of Worcestershire. It's meant to be wooster-sheer, or just wooster. (Any place name in England that ends in shire is pronounced sheer.) I'm looking forward to dehydrating marshmallows, thanks for the idea!
  • Salmonella’s is not just a few days of N/V and diarrhea! It can be life threatening. I have seen it eat through the bowels of infected person....spilling stool throughout the abdomen. Besides being a firefighter part time I’m also an RN in a large hospital. This infection ruins lives.
  • Super comprehensive and well-articulated, thanks. It's kinda sad that you have to explain that you're not being judgemental and remind folks to be kind. Great job, I subscribed and hit the bell!

Wow. I am so grateful and very impressed with your channel. Thank you for all the time and hard work to help all of us be prepared. I have recently begun long term food storage for my family due to the instability of our current national issues. I have been a long time canner, but long term is a new adventure. Thank you again for being such a resource for all of us!

Thank you for all the research you do. I’m just starting and you are such a valuable resource for me. I recommend you to everyone.

This was great, thank you for taking the time to make this!
  • @Dimythios
More or less I agree with you. Dehydrate what you are comfortable in doing and no to the rest. BTY I've been freezing Milk and cooked eggs for years with no issues.
  • @robininva
You’re a great teacher. Thank you for all the explanations. I am going to pull out my cheap-o dehydrator and give something “safe” a whirl. Excellent video.

HUGE THANK YOU for this information! I'm eagerly awaiting the delivery of my dehydrator tomorrow (10/21/20)!! I've not done any dehydrating before, so this helped A LOT! I'm also getting the "Dehydration Cookbook" as well. I've warned my mail carrier that he'll get to deliver it. He told me that I need to make him something! I told him that I'll make him a soup mix!

I just got my dehydrator and this video was huge for me! I wanted to do it all out of my excitement but I realize now maybe I need to rethink it a little. I’m dehydrating my first lemon slices and tomato slices today and I’m excited to see the finished product. Your videos have been a huge help. Thanks
