This game was so much fun with 2 player online co-op. My friend and I literally almost 100% only one story line and it took us a ridiculous amount of time. There's a shit ton of content but most of it is optional. Even just clearing the very first map took us like 2 weeks. Each dungeon is a lot of running, screaming, sleeping just a few feet away from a horde of walking mushrooms, eating radioactive yellow sludge pasted onto some toast, and luring enemies into some OP as fuck traps that have titanium spikes tipped with chloroform. I absolutely loved this game so much, the extreme difficulty made it a lot of fun. Some of the "side quests" (which are really just situations you run into) are hilarious, too. "Oh, it's the middle of a Russian winter outside. Come, stay in our castle for a few days while it calms down. Just make sure to leave your weapons and armor here, it's against etiquette to bring them inside." "Good, now that you're defenseless and have no way of protecting yourself, meet our 8 guards who will kindly beat your ass and steal everything you own." Although this comment is getting a bit long, I really do have to praise how good the 2 player co-op is. You can both combo spells off of each other, share items, duplicate items on accident (uh oh), and feed each other literal cyanide. It's so funny when we had cleared an area and felt super strong, only to go into some mages tower and fight the incarnation of lightning who teleported behind us and fucking instantly clapped us. Then, it turns out that although we lived, we had permanently released this spirit into the world and if we ever went back into the tower we would get instantly clapped again. Anyway I argue that this is one of the best games to come out in the last 6 or so years 10/10

This video actually misled me in a very strange way. namely, I wanted to play a mage but put it off because I thought the fire stone required to create a sigil of fire was very expensive, per his description of it. I eventually decided to use magic while playing with a friend only to find out that you make a fire stone with a mana crystal and oil, both of which can be bought for relatively cheap, and are both fairly easy to find out in the world as well. Seth has made a fool of me, and I love him for it.
