Friday Night Update: As discussed in the video (as I expected) the NHC has raised the chance of development to 70% and we now have Invest 98L. Now we get the tropical models to run and we will have more information to digest over the weekend. -Rusty

The problem of a storm in Puerto Rico is the infrastructure. It is a very bad shape from hurricane Maria that even a tropical depression is a treat to the power grid and of it goes everything goes. No electricity means no water, no internet, no phones and total chaos. I am not exaggerating. Even with a little rain and wind many areas goes out. So imagine a storm.
