My favorite build is Eternal Dark and four luck+30, while also using scavenger or clown, but its gets boring fast lol Also additional contract: is wrath of giants/ drifting odor

I been trying and cant get this to drop. I had it once on another character that died but only seen it drop 2 times in the past 2 weeks I been playing and I get tons of legendary drops. So annoying

Where do I get "rare candy" Sorry if that's dumb question, returning after a couple years EDIT: For those who didn't know about this you can buy tons of contracts after SS farming and combine them. Works best on int classes
