Ancient people called mound builders built mounds due to frequent floods to live on or escape too. Build a mound area/ home for your family safety. Mounds can be letting chippers dump in a specific place. Putting dirt that would go in a pile anyway. Making a deeper river channel and use the rock to build a hill/ mound. Not expensive but a little messy

The buildings are gonna be nice. Raise the bucket on the tractor, put the turtle in the bucket & tilt it where it can’t crawl out.

Those additions are going to be so helpful. I’d almost think Bri would get better use of her big garage if she put the storage at the far end since she won’t use that as much and park closer to the house. Easier to haul in groceries, kids, etc.

Inside that shell the turtles body is soft and delicate. You must’ve shaken the stuffing out of him😮
