The presence of China in other countries is always related to some form of infrastructure, trains, roads, railway, bridges, etc. The presence of US in other countries is always related to sanctions and military actions.

For people who keep complaining about "debt trap." Think of it this way. western countries have given alot of aid to lots of poor countries. But rarely do much of these aid gets to the final recipients. Also, short term aid rarely help a countries economy in the long term. While a loan for railway line. Most of it will go directly to the railway line. In turn, the line will help to improve the economy and more people will benefit in the long term. These lines are not going to the middle of no where. They are usually connecting major cities or refreshing lines that are in dire need of updating. If western countries are so against this "debt trap". why not help these countries directly by helping them to build new railway lines, new roads, new bridges, new dams, help with their farming. Don't tell me the west don't have these abilities anymore? But are more than willing to donate millions upon millions in aid....... I wonder where all the "donations" are really going.

Take a note, US. That is how to partner or what you call "take a heart of" other countries. Building for them, not bombing them.
